YCM was founded in 1995 as a stamping process manufacture.

After one year struggle ,the first business opportunity was from a Taiwan Wheelchair factory, YCM keep offers the good services to the first customer and built good reputation since then, more and more customers from USA, Europe, and Oceanic were came to YCM

and asked for supply more parts.

Since then we’ve added a full roster of complementary capabilities to become a full-service resource for our clients.

2000, YCM built a welding and tube bending production line to expand the business. Since stamped parts frequently need to be joined to other stamped parts, and our customers wanted a single resource that could provide both.

2001,YCM started the motorcycles and off-road bikes frames manufacturing and exported to North of America, at the same time YCM got ISO9001 certified to continue to improve quality of products and services.

2003 Special welding technology for motorsport racing industry was introduced to YCM by Triple X Race Co from USA, first off-road racing car chassis was sold to North America, and today over 800 OEM motorsport chassis are produced for North America and Oceania (Australia and New Zealand) market annually.

2007,Zheng Cheng Auto Parts Industrial Co. (ZC industry )was established as a subsidiary of YCM to expand the manufacture capacity ,the 270,000 sq feet facility located in the heart of Shunde High Tech. Industry Park . Guangdong, China.

2008, ZC industry expand the CNC machining production line to fulfill precision process of YCM press forging production.

2017. ZC industry expand a wheel production line to supply domestic market.

2011, YCM developed business relationship with Zero Motorcycles who is the electrical motorcycle industry leader in the world. With this cooperation opportunity, our high end aluminum frames technology keep improving.

Nowadays, YCM and ZC industry host stamping/press forging, welding, machining, assembly production lines.

YCM’s solid background in mechanics also means we can assist with design, manufacturability, and performance issues.
